Russell's big belly-PIXAR

For those of you who have seen Disney/Pixar's "Up", you know who this cute, chubby boy is. If you look closely at him in the movie, you'll see his shirt doesn't COMPLETELY cover his belly. No, I don't know 'how' he got this big belly. And I'm just presuming those "Wilderness Explorer" belts are industrial-strength.
